The company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website or placing an order after such changes, you agree to the updated terms.

The contract between you as a customer and us is concluded only after your order has been processed and confirmed.

Customer Declaration

Placing an Order

By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

Order Cancellation (Services)

You have the right to cancel your service order within 14 days of its confirmation, provided the service has not yet been delivered.

If the provision of the service has begun with your explicit consent before the expiry of this period, the right to cancel is forfeited.

Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing detailed information about the service, including its content, price, and delivery.

Service Delivery

  • Intangible services (e.g., accommodation reservations): confirmation and details will be delivered via email.
  • Physical supplementary products (e.g., coffee capsules): delivery will be arranged directly to the apartment, usually on the day of arrival or as agreed.

Complaints Policy (Supplementary Products)

Returns of physical goods (e.g., coffee capsules) are only possible if they are unopened, unused, and undamaged.

Returns must be agreed upon in advance and may be carried out either in person or by post to an agreed address.

Liability

We strive to ensure that all information on our website is as accurate as possible; however, we provide no express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy.

You are responsible for protecting your devices against viruses and other risks.

Consumer Rights

Your rights are protected under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:
